After 7 Gold's last year and 1 Gold, 4 Silvers, and 2 Bronze in 2006. The honours come just 2 years after chef Adam Marks and partner Mary Ballantyne started their business. Despite their success, Adam says he has just perfected the recipes which are now set for consistency at the old Welcome Inn, a converted pub, near Penrith.
