Hot Apricot Chutney

Pure apricot with a hint of chilli and spices, texture typically of mango Chutney and a great alternative, only medium hot and sweet and fragrant with a delicate use of spices. As traditional as Indian chutney gets. mango chutney texture, very fruity thick and hot. Lovely also add equal quantities of water to this and it makes a great marinade - GTA 2008 Gold Award winner.
