Our Warm products have slightly more chilli content than our mild ones. Chilli-heads will find this packed with great flavours yet still mild. People that like a mild chilli sensation should try this as it offers a little more heat but not enough to make you flush!

This may not quite the truly authentic Aji Criollo as the Ecuadorians use cilantro (coriander) and sometimes garlic, but by golly this is absolutely top notch, the addition of passion fruit juice and some banana balancing the piquant salinity of the Aji Criollo mash. Forget about mustard or chimichurri with grilled steak, just use this instead as an accompaniment. Absolutely made for each other!

Love this condiment to spice up a meal. My favourite way to eat it is with crispy cod fish tacos as a relish to go on top. It has a perfect zing and freshness, as well as that lovely heat from the croillo chillis. Second jar of this one and I will definitely be getting more soon!
