We make Gumbo with this also, you can make fabulous Cajun meats and Fish with a nice blackened crust, the container is so big so you can get your hand in there to sprinkle. Add to to all meats before grilling / barbecuing and use as a seasoning for vegetables. You can even sprinkle on beans

It’s amazing stuff, but I’m not sure this new batch is quite as hot as the original. Still great, but we find we have to add a little more than we used to do to get things ‘right’.

We are onto our 3rd jar of this amazing spice mix – we put it in/on EVERYTHING! Soups, sauces, stews, dips, you name it.
One of our favourites is to sprinkle it on a tray of veggies with a spoonful of oil and roast in the oven for 35 minutes – our Sunday dinners are now epic
