What can we say? We are emailed every week about this one, it’s our signature pickle in Mr Vikkis range. A superb chilli pickle in a 190g jar, the prominent and fragrant taste of the vicious habanero is evident.
The unmistakable taste of the Habanero, blended with a secret mix of spices produces a very hot and full-of-flavour pickle that’s fab on a bacon butty.
We keep a jar on our sideboard – it goes with anything savoury and is totally addictive. Our no.1 seller! The IndiaGate restaurant in Penrith even uses it in their Mr Vikkis shimla curry.

Chilli-heads will love this but will still find room for a bit more heat to be found in our ‘very hot’ category. Packed with flavour combinations and a higher chilli content than our mild and medium products, it’s not to be missed and should be bought out at every mealtime.
Ingredients
Red Savina Habanero Chillies (60%), Vegetable Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Fenugreek, Paprika, Mustard, Spices.

This has a beautiful, slightly smokey flavour and is amazing on a burger fresh off the BBQ (and with anything else). Also very good in a beef chilli. Leaves a nice warm glow while flavour is to die for.

This is an absolute must have in my kitchen, more versatile than the potato and more tasty than Brad Pitt. I put this in everything from a dollop in bolognaise to add spice and flavour, burgers, cheese and cherry tomato sandwiches and making a spicy oily dressing for my beautiful avacado salad.

The best chilli pickle on earth by a country mile. I fruity habanero kick but mellow Indian spices make it a hot pickle for gourmets. I love this with everything but it makes the best cheese on toast ever!

It’s fairly hot stuff but unlike so many other generic chilli sauces the heat is tempered by a wonderfully rich and rounded flavour. It’s a great condiment for meals or to spice up a sandwich, but I rather like it on plain cheddar cheese!

I’ve bought several batches of HHH over the past few years as it’s been the best you can get (I buy batches of 10 jars as it’s been soooo good), yet the latest batch is so weak my children are eating from the jar with a spoon.
What have you done with the recipe? It still tastes good given the spice mix, but has lost nearly all its chilli essence as though there are no chillis in it at all now.

It’s back!
As my previous review suggested, that batch I received did lack a bit on the chilli front, but a good friend of mine has brought one the latest jars in to the office this morning….

I’m tucking into some nice home made chilli con carne for my lunch as I type this, with a healthy dollop of this batch of HHH in it (batch no.3219)… As always, full of fragrance and the most beautiful bouquet of aromatic spices, and now that chilli essence is most definitely back!

Deeeeeelicious. My go to relish for a lot of my sandwiches. Beautiful smokey flavour balanced superbly by a sweet heat. Honestly, it’s a great product. Needs to be available in bigger jars, I hoover this stuff up.

This one is one spicey mother!! Add it to your curry, chilli con carne or just combine it with some mayo and the magic happens. Just be careful as the heat is up there with the Queen Naga so use it sparingly and it’s a miraculous taste sensation. The hotter the better. Wow. Another masterpiece!
