Oh my, this stuff is off the scale delicious! I’m gradually working my way through Mr Vikkis website after being gifted a jar of amazing curry paste and this chilli jam is so good. Sweet and smoky with a slight tingle on the tongue, I can’t get enough of it. I’ve just had an egg sandwich for lunch with a bit of this stirred in to the egg mayo. Yum. Also nice straight from the jar. I keep telling the wife and son they won’t like it. Because it’s mine.

I bought this at keswick Market omg I love it I eat the full jar in 5days now iv eat all the chilli jam! Just about to order one and try the curry pastes. Do you add the full jar of paste or is it like spoon full etc

Picked this up from Westmoreland Farmshop at Tebay services.
So far have had it neat, with cheese and to spice up my half of a curry.
Incredible flavour and a lovely warm heat.
