This is a fiery rich curry base that contains roast garlic, fresh ginger, Kagzi Lime and lots of coarse ground spices. We use it as a marinade for chicken and lamb, and a rub for chicken and fish such as trout which is then simply grilled. Check out our recipe section to find lots of great recipes using our Goan and North Indian curry pastes.

Chilli-heads will love this but will still find room for a bit more heat to be found in our ‘very hot’ category. Packed with flavour combinations and a higher chilli content than our mild and medium products, it’s not to be missed and should be bought out at every mealtime.

An excellent curry base. Marinate chicken in a few teaspoons of this stuff to make a delicious curry, add some fried onions, tomatoes, garlic with a little coconut cream (and tamarind paste if you have it). Totally delicious.

Marinated some chicken with this the other night. Left over night and made a bloody lovely quick curry for tea. My eldest loves it. Not too spicy for him. Thumbs up

I’ve put this to slightly different use. I love a toasted soda farl with heated plum tomatoes on top. For something different I put a teaspoon of this Goan Curry Paste into the tomatoes as they are heating. What a difference it makes to one of my favourite snacks. Wow.
