    I am a big fan of a fish finger sandwich with mayo and another well known spicy condiment from Jamaica. Yesterday I went a little bit off road and had a salmon fishcake sandwich with mayo and this relish. Oh my, this has superb flavour but the best is the afterburner as the Habanero kicks in. Not for the faint hearted but definitely a must if you like any kind of sandwich to have a kick!

    This relish is incredible. A friend bought me a jar and I can’t stop eating it with cheese and biscuits (my favourite with a strong Welsh cheddar and spread thinly) or dunking anything savoury I can find in it. When used sparingly it turns any meal into something truly magical, I’m not sure if mealtimes will ever be the same again! Highly recommended to fellow chilli heads!

    Love this relish. It’s got a hell of a kick but full of flavour. I’ve been adding it to soup which is lovely. I think it would go well some nice strong cheddar.

    This stuff is dynamite! Tastes amazing, then kicks like a mule. Makes a great sauce mixed with mayonnaise, and equally as good cooked in sauces. Next on the list is to try with some cheese.

    This has a hell of a kick! Would have liked it to be chunkier with garlic like the outstanding garlic pickle and that would have taken it to another level but still another outstanding condiment, round of applause from me!

    This is my favourite of the Mr Vikkis range. The flavour is incredible, perfectly balanced, and the spice level is perfect! I eat it with cheese and biscuits mainly, but I have even had it on cheese sandwiches I crave it so much! I have been through 3 jars of it since discovering at Lancaster market. AMAZING.

    OMG this stuff is amazing. First introduced to Mr Vikkis at the Winchester Chili cheese fest. The flavours in this are absolutely fantastic. The heat isn’t disappointing. This packs a real punch!!! Can’t wait to try some of the other product available.

    Approach with caution. This is HOT. Incredibly moreish and beautifully savoury. My favourite thing to do with this is a take on Scotch Woodcock. Smear thinly on buttered wholemeal toast and top with creamy scrambled eggs, lots of white pepper and some drained anchovy fillets. Delicious.
