Nice with lamb curry used the goan paste to marinade the lamb really spicy good as any curry at an Indian restaurant.

As a rule I don’t use jar curry sauces. This is my only exception!! It is absolutely stunning. Provides a beautiful mix of flavours all without the pool of oil you often get with premade sauces. Growing up with Asian friends has made me a bit of a curry snob but this definitely delivers. Launch a load of chicken and veg into a slow cooker, pour this in, leave all day and thank me later

Discovered Keswick Market sauce by chance at Keswick Market and have been hooked ever since! It is absolutely delicious – and I’m not normally a massive curry fan!
Beautiful flavour & multi-purpose: I mix it into mayonnaise as a dip and as a marinade & flavouring for all sorts of dishes.
    Top quality product!

Absolutely delicious and not oily like so many curries. Mild and aromatic and tasty, plus quick to cook with – it’s become my go-to curry.

Oops! Wrote my review in the North Indian Curry Paste by accident. I use the two of them together as the Keswick Curry Sauce has amazing flavours, just add the North Indian Curry paste to heat things up.

Very tasty indeed! As good a when the spice grinder and Rick Stein India get brought out, but much quicker! Marinated chicken pieces in Hot Goan paste, softened an onion in a little oil, added chicken, sauce and a bit of water. Once cooked added big handful mustard greens and a spoonful of yoghurt. Really quick, really tasty.

As with all Mr Vikkis pastes, sauces and products, this is filled with a perfect blend of spices, oils and flavour.
I first discovered Mr Vikkis at the Westmoreland services in 2007, I have been addicted ever since, so glad to see the stockist list growing.
The best there is and it keeps getting better

From mild to wild, Mr Vikkis, thank you for your perfect addition to gastronomy.

AMAZING. If you (like me) are tired of every other jar curry sauce tasting, well, not like curry, and always with a weird vinegary taste, then stop wasting your money and just buy this. Superb flavour, authentic consistency and so delicious you’ll be buying nothing else again.

I used paneer, marinated in the North Indian paste for an hour. Brown some onions, fry off the paneer and then add this sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Untouchable. Just about to order more!

I was pretty hyped to try this and I think it exceeded my own levels of hype and then some. It’s a perfect base sauce for any curry, really tasty and versatile. I just made a cauliflower and chickpea curry, added some North Indian curry paste and some Raj Naga and it was incredible. Excellent value for money because it goes a long way too. I can’t wait to try it with paneer and spinach next and I can’t wait to eat the rest for breakfast tomorrow.
    Cheers Adam!

Got this for Christmas and wow
I literally dislike most jarred sauces but this was divine we used onion, mushrooms, cherry toms, fine green beans, spinach and sausage adding a drizzle of leftover Christmas cream to finish it off. Whole family loved it even the kids.
Got some of the chutneys too and now can’t wait to try them!

This is an extremely versatile curry sauce. I’ve made several different tasting curries for two people using about half a jar and adding other ingredients. Recommended is frying a few fresh garlic cloves in olive oil, add to this your amount of cut chicken thigh til just cooked then add the magic Keswick. As this simmers add a good tinned coconut creamy milk in amounts to your required taste as you go. Then about half a cup of dessicated coconut and lastly a chicken stock cube to re-salt the flavour. Leave to simmer on low for an hour adding chopped fresh coriander if liked.
So many more ways to use this sauce and I’ve also added a spoon or two of north indian curry paste as well as goan curry paste that both change the overall flavours.
    Cannot recommend highly enough!
