This is it, the Shangri-la of Chilli products designed for proper chilli heads who can take the heat! The hottest of the hot, our Very Hot products are also brimming with flavour and spices but they are not for the faint hearted.
Ingredients
Red Chillies (50%), Sugar, Fresh Tomatoes, Onions, Red Savina Chillies (10%), Bhut Jolokia (5%), Vinegar, Garlic, Mustard, Salt and Spices. May contain nuts. Allergens listed in bold.

This is just the best, hot, but not so hot it’s not enjoyable, fruity and busting with flavour.
Wish I’d discovered this sooner. Off now to try the Guy Fawkes mustard and Emperor Naga chutney I also ordered.

My favourite chilli jam but definitely not one for the faint hearted. However, a little can go a long way and can really add depth of flavour and heat to a dish. Delicious as a condiment too and especially love a little with cheese. Who would of thought, but a little with a strong blue cheese like Roquefort tastes amazing.

Absolutley smashing. The quality and consistency is of this chilli jam is mind blowing. Definatley up there with some of the hotter products, I’ve added it to burgers, bacon sandwiches, cheese toasties and cheese and crackers and the results were spectacular. I’m hooked. So grateful to finally find a producer that doesn’t shy away from making products that er to the hotter side of life.

I just finished a jar. I love it hot, but this one was a little above my pain threshold and the jar lasted ages as so little was used each time I made a cheese sandwich. Delicious, but I’m about to order the next heat level down. Excellent product!
