If you decide you can’t live without it, we’ll make it a regular. It’s fragrant, fruity, and perfect for giving any dish a bright, fiery kick.

This Lovely super fragrant Kaffir Lime Vindaloo Paste is back by popular demand grab it while you can may be a while until its on the specials run again, it was originally created to copy a Curry I got in a local restaurant that closed, lovely in a Vindaloo sauce v different, or in Rednang and Thai Currys, even works in a Jungle Curry! We use it as a marinade for chicken and lamb, and a rub for chicken and fish such as trout which is then simply grilled. Chef Mike, the Commis Chef Insta sensation, sent me his recipe for Tandoori/Tikka seasoning MrV the magic'd it up a bit a collab made in heaven thanks Mike

Fantastic now comes in a lovely 170g shaker vacuum sealed for freshness, all MrVs Magic seasonings are roasted gently first to put the Sunshine back into the spices, bit different the end result is a dry lovely flowing spice mix, Add a little to a Curry for extra flavour, this classic {no nasty colouring or high salt} Tandoori/Tikka spice can be added to all meats and vegtables classically marinaded with yogurt and Oil, or Oil and Lemon then Grilled, Air fried or put on the Charcoal.
