Rewarding our great customers on every purchase.

We appreciate every sale that we get online, we love to know that people enjoy our products and come back for more. So we thought this should be rewarded and throughout last year we quietly tested out a loyalty points scheme.

Thanks to your great feedback we have made changes and are delighted to officially roll out the Mr. Vikki’s Loyalty Points Scheme to EVERYONE! Whether you pay by debit / credit card or by PayPal, everyone can now start to collect points to redeem against future purchases!

How does it work?

It’s so simple, just add your products to your basket as normal and when you have checked out and your order has been dispatched, your points are automatically added to your account!

Can I check out as a guest and collect loyalty points?

No, afraid not, our loyalty points can only be allocated to a Mr. Vikki’s account, therefore you need to create one at checkout if you are a new customer. Returning guest customers will also need to create a Mr. Vikki’s account in order to collect points. But hey, as a Mr. Vikki’s account holder that’s subscribed to our mailer you will be the 1st to hear about special offer and deals throughout the year!

When do my loyalty points expire?

They don’t! They are your points and are there to use when you want to, not when we think you should use them like other Loyalty Schemes!

How do I use my loyalty points?

When you get to the checkout you will see a section “I would like to redeem my loyalty points”, simply check that box and all the loyalty points you have collected will be redeemed against that purchase.

Please note: your order value must be more than the amount of points you have to redeem or they won’t work.

How do I earn more loyalty points?

The more you buy the more you earn. We will be running offers and promotions throughout the year that give bonus points on certain products. Also join our Facebook Page and Follow us on Twitter for flash events where you can earn more points.

Can loyalty points be redeemed or used with other offers?

No, loyalty points cannot be redeemed or used in conjunction with any other on site offers including but not limited to discount codes.
