Excellent harissa – lovely citrus / lemon zing to it and excellent long heat. Protip – next time you have some hummus, add a splodge of this in with it.

Bought this from Keswick market it is wonderful I either put a small smear inside a pitta when having koftas or stir into a Middle Eastern dish …but just read someone puts it into hummus blinking yummy

Just love this stuff. We either smear it over salmon fillets then roast them; smear onto sausages before they hit the BBQ; stir in a teaspoon with olive oil and use it to coat roast vegetables to have with fish or meat and also mix it (sparingly!!) with natural yogurt as a great dip or to have with koftas etc. So versatile…. so hot, be careful
