This is my ‘session’ chilli, so to speak. Easy to eat neat – and I do by the teaspoon – but with a lovely heat and flavour to give a nice chilli kick to your cooking and sandwiches. Tomato and onion based with chilli, ginger and mustard adding a bit extra to the mix. A real winner.

Just come onto the online shop to buy another of these as I bought one this summer at Keswick Market and it’s nearly coming to an end! This habanero chilli jam is the best and the perfect amount of kick and spice. Great for adding an oomph to any dish and also a winner on some cheese and crackers. Definitely now a staple item in the kitchen for me. Smashed it Mr Vikkis!

Oh my, this stuff is off the scale delicious! I’m gradually working my way through Mr Vikkis website after being gifted a jar of amazing curry paste and this chilli jam is so good. Sweet and smoky with a slight tingle on the tongue, I can’t get enough of it. I’ve just had an egg sandwich for lunch with a bit of this stirred in to the egg mayo. Yum. Also nice straight from the jar. I keep telling the wife and son they won’t like it. Because it’s mine.
