Love my Sriracha, usually go for Flying Goose Brand but trying a locally made one from just up the road here in Cumbria. It doesn’t disappoint either. It’s a bit thicker than my usual stuff, more like a ketchup consistency. Not stupid hot like some but enough to leave a tingle on the lips. It’s really fruity with a good twang of roasted garlic. Also, it’s made with all natural products too, no nasty additives. Ticks all the boxes
