Created in response to popular demand, this special White Label test batch combines fresh yellow Scotch Bonnet chillies, pineapple and mango with mustard, thyme and allspice.
Fruity, fragrant and fiery, it is perfect with grilled meats, fish, rice dishes and sandwiches.
