After being asked countless times for a true Barbados-style hot pepper sauce, we’ve finally created a special White Label test batch — and it’s something special.
Made with fresh yellow Scotch Bonnets, sweet pineapple and mango, then blended with hints of mustard, thyme, and allspice, this sauce delivers the perfect balance of tropical fruitiness and vibrant Caribbean heat.
Fragrant, fiery, and bursting with flavour, it’s the perfect way to brighten up grilled meats, fish, rice dishes, sandwiches, or anything needing a delicious kick.
