- This Lovely super fragrant Kaffir Lime Vindaloo Paste is back by popular demand grab it while you can may be a while until its on the specials run again, it was originally created to copy a Curry I got in a local restaurant that closed, lovely in a Vindaloo sauce v different, or in Rednang and Thai Currys, even works in a Jungle Curry! We use it as a marinade for chicken and lamb, and a rub for chicken and fish such as trout which is then simply grilled. I’m gutted that I’ve come back for more and it’s out of stock. It would be a dream if this stupendous, fragrant paste was available all year round, it is a joy to use.
