Tamarind Chipotle Chutney

This is a smokey, rich, hot, sweet and sour chutney that’s great on wraps and equally good as a marinade on meat (especially lamb and Chicken). Delicious with poppadoms or even use as a delicious and different BBQ Sauce.

Our Warm products have slightly more chilli content than our mild ones. Chilli-heads will find this packed with great flavours yet still mild. People that like a mild chilli sensation should try this as it offers a little more heat but not enough to make you flush!

I just LOVE this chutney, I add it to my homemade curries, for a added flavour dimension, and when I get to the end of the chutney, my finger goes in the jar so there’s little if nothing left, yum yum!

I bought my first jar at Keswick Saturday market a few weeks ago and very impressed. A superb chutney with a great flavour and enough fire to satisfy most tastes. It’s very versatile and it might sound weird, but amongst others, it’s actually very good with a mature cheddar cheese roll/sandwich or the good old favourite, cheese on toast. I’m buying more!
