Wow, I picked some of this up for the first time in the Leeds Chilli Shop yesterday! I thought I’d tried most of the range but this is something else, I put a heaped teaspoon in a Peking Duck Soba Cup Noodle for lunch today and the combination worked perfectly. This chilli oil reminds me of another from a local restaurant but better. Obvs!
