We’ve been asked a thousand times for a Barbados-style hot pepper sauce, so we’ve created a White Label test batch! Made with fresh yellow Scotch Bonnets, pineapple, and mango, with a touch of mustard, thyme, and allspice — absolutely delicious.
If you decide you can’t live without it, we’ll make it a regular. It’s fragrant, fruity, and perfect for giving any dish a bright, fiery kick.
